it showed up legal on time, worked perfect upright out of the box before i even had to charge it up. took it on a beach gallop and it played the entire 2 hour stir with no pickle while charging the Ipod. i did call their tech assist because it wouldnt charge 2 Ipod classics that my friend had, they said that gen 1 & 2 of the classic ipod wont work with this pa system. i plugged in 2 nano gen 4 ipods, one into the cradle and another using the RCA connections and both worked perfect.
